HaT Features

My Health Risk Today shows “Unable to Assess”, what does that mean?

This is typically because we are missing at least one of your health parameters required to assess your risk. We require the following daily parameters: Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen Level & Daily Question answered.

Can I share my data with others?

Your monthly and weekly reports can be downloaded and shared with whoever you wish.

HaT AI

The HaT development team is currently working on developing a virtual assistant, designed to empower individuals to ask any type of personal question about their health data using a chat prompt.

Devices

What devices are compatible with HaT?
Please refer to the ”Devices” page to see a list of recommended devices and where to buy.
Do I need an Apple Watch?

Yes, we utilize the Apple Watch to capture a number of health parameters including Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen and Respiratory Rate.

Do I need to wear the Apple Watch at night?

Apple Watch measures your respiratory rate while you sleep, so it is important that you wear it during your night’s sleep. We therefore recommend charging your Apple Watch first thing in the morning after you wake up.

HaT Troubleshooting

Do I need to turn on notifications?

We send notifications via Email and iPhone notifications. Yes, you will need to enable notifications in your iPhone for the HaT app in order to receive those.

 

My HaT App is not getting data from my Apple Watch

Please check that Apple Health is enabled in the HaT App -> “Devices and Apps” page
