Devices to measure and capture your health data
To most accurately calculate your Daily Health Risk, a minimum of six health parameters are needed: Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Respiratory Rate, Body Temperature, and your Responsiveness (answering a question).
Additional parameters such as body weight and other Apple Health data will allow a more comprehensive picture.
The table on the right describes what category of devices can be used to capture each of these parameters. Also, any parameter can be entered manually if measured on your own device.

Apple Watch passively collects Heart rate, blood oxygen level*, Respiratory rate** and synchronizes with the HaT app each time you unlock your iPhone.
Minimum Requirements:
Series 6 or 7 (*includes blood oxygen sensor)
Series 3,4,5 and SE – (Requires that you have a separate Pulse Oximeter device to take your daily blood oxygen levels. See here for more information)

Minimum Requirements:
None. You can use any medical digital thermometer that provides accurate consistent body temperature measurements.

None. You can use any digital body weight scale that provides accurate consistent measurements.
